Thunderstorms and even a tornado are possible on what will be a rainy and windy Tuesday for southern Wisconsin, according to forecasters. Winds gusting at 40 to 50 miles per hour, lightning, and a brief, weak tornado or two all are possible east-central, south-central and southeast Wisconsin, the National Weather Service said.
