You are staying in student accommodation. This is the first thing you need to know. The second is that it is in a castle in a UNESCO World Heritage Site. So temper your expectations... it's not goi… Full review by newsheep

Not much to this castle and just seems to be an extension of the university premises. Go to Barnard Castle instead or the Cathedral which is def worth £5 voluntary donation. Full review by Sue H

No. Sacrifice someone or commence the premarital bed sharing.

No you have to park in a public car park and walk. It is quite a walk up the hill to the Cathedral and castle. Well worth it if you are able.
