Breathtaking views of the mountains with many hiking trails. A must see if you’re visiting NH. We hiked around the Willey House Historic Site. The trails were well marked and the vistas were great… Full review by E4103ASdennisw

Yes, you can call (603) 374-2272 for camping info and reservations. The fall foliage is starting and nights are getting chilly. Last night here had a low of 37 degrees.

Yes, the only road charge is on Interstate 93 in Hooksett, NH far South of the Mountains. This is South of Concord. Some White Mountains National Forest parking areas (especially at trail heads) have honor system boxes for parking as well although you can usually find free parking in the area as well-if your frugal like us. Crawford Notch offers many free opportunities to park as well depending on what area you decide to hike/explore.

Not that I am aware. The state site has campground maps only. Most/all guides of the area show them however. Your focus would be both the many small falls along Bemis Brook …

Not that I am aware. The state site has campground maps only. Most/all guides of the area show them however. Your focus would be both the many small falls along Bemis Brook (worth the short side walk) and Aretha Falls. You might find a free map at the AMC website... I am not sure.
