WEBMay 27, 2022 · On May 1, Andrew Barton’s parents walked across the commencement stage at UP in honor of their son who was declared missing at the time. Surrounded by his peers they accepted his diploma on his behalf. Now, they will lay him to rest on June 4 at the Steilacoom Community Church in Washington. Barton will also be remembered at Sunday’s mass in the Chapel of Christ the Teacher at 10:30 a.m..
